Náplň práce

Komplexní a hlavně proaktivní management našich klientů. Nehledáme přijímače zadání či vykonavatele úkolů, hledáme člověka, který bude pro naše klienty partnerem. Samozřejmě budeš mít na starosti i následující:

• Order management within assigned clients and their projects
  

• Communication with the client and the studio (creative, production, other accounts)
  

• Assistance with compiling price quotes and invoicing
  

• Tracking hours spent on projects and creating work reports for clients
  

• Monitoring external expenses
  

• Overview of project and production deadlines
  

• Participation in key presentations
  

• Creation of tasks for the team, meeting minutes, and subsequent coordination
  

What we need
from you

• Diligence, analytical and conceptual thinking
  

• Creative flair for branding and communication deliverables
  

• A positive relationship to working with numbers and tables, only from a perfect system comes great creativity...
  

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  

• Native Czech, English at a communicative level
  

• User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
