All activities related to the organisation and management of the studio
Control and transcription of project hours into the internal system
Financial management of projects, reporting and invoicing to clients
Basic accounting records - systematization of accounts, management of the company treasury, control of invoices, transmission of documents and communication with the accountant, entering payments
Provision of services, purchase of accessories and equipment necessary for smooth operation
Basic service to the studio, clients and other visitors
Daily administration - mail, contracts, emails, phone calls, couriers, printing and scanning of documents
Recording of all procedural and internal information
Care for new colleagues and their smooth integration into the creative process
Diligence, analytical and systematic thinking, excellent communication and professional demeanor
Native Czech, English at a communicative level
Ability to make quick decisions and operational planning
User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A full-time job and a bunch of great friends around
